Role UX-UI designer
I participated in a Design Sprint, working for an energy company (to respect a certain confidentiality the company must remain anonymous).
This company asked us to solve a human resources gestion problem while a crisis incident. Our goal was to give them a solution to facilitate the piloting of these incidents.

Map

After establishing the personas, we've worked on all the problems we wanted to be solved, and all the obstacles we could have. Also, we've formulated a long-term objective that our solution would allows us to reach. And then, we've build a map, and we've chose to highlight some keypoints that were important to solve first to have a solution responding to the first problematic.

Manager
Interface

1-Appel-a-volontaire-PCO-remplie
3-Liste-de-volontaires-validee-6
3-Liste-de-volontaires-validee-bis
4-bis-Briefing-audio-chargee
2-Pop-in-validation

A clear, intuitive interface that synthesize all the informations about the volunteers available for the job. The manager knows exactly who is free, which tools they have, the time available, from which agency do the technicians come.
Also, the managers have a new way to upload the brief as an audio : no more need to repeat it all day long, in an emergency context it's perfect.

Technician Interface

Technician
Interface

1-Connexion

6-Timer
6ter-Timer
7-Notif-rappel
8-Temps-ecoule

Now technicians are autonomous in managing their hours. Also, they know a lot of things before they arrive on the scene : with who they'll be working, what tools bring, where to park, the brief is there too. A more peaceful way to approach their interventions.
